I’m a Manager of Consumer Experience (CX) at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association in Chicago with over ten years of working experience in design, strategy and research. As a CX manager, I help drive an “outside-in” approach and leverage insights to establish key areas of focus for improved customer experience. As a human-centered designer, I have developed service design blueprints, journey maps and strategic vision for clients in healthcare, technology, financial services and retail. 

As a skilled design practitioner, my experience in planning & conducting research and facilitating design sprints, empowers me to weave multiple data forms into actionable insights to create viable business solutions. I’m passionate about storytelling and designing business cases to help companies develop innovative products and build CX capabilities.

I completed my MDes from the Institute of Design with a focus on Design Research, Interaction Design, and Strategy. I studied visual communication at the National Institute of Design and worked as a motion graphic designer at a leading television channel in India. 

I believe in design fiction, embrace the intersection of design and technology, and enjoy crafting experiential interactions that create delight.
